We can't say enough about this chef and wait staff dream kitchen. This 1,105 sq ft super-efficient facility was designed by Tom Gumhold, Master chef and owner. The configuration maximizes time efficiently and has a great traffic flow pattern - perfect for a busy restaurant.
  • Off the lounge is a dry storage area with an upright wine cooler and ample shelving.
  • A small desk is in the kitchen area to do the daily book keeping.
  • To keep this beautiful restaurant clean there are 2 commercial vacuums and an Advance wet vac.

Non slip quarry tile throughout the kitchen. There is also a 261 sq ft dry storage area, a 242 sq ft liquor storage area and an employee restroom.

  • At the rear of the kitchen there is a separate 120 sq ft room with door chimes to alert you when the door is opened. This room has the additional advantage of allowing deliveries to be made in the off hours.
  • The restaurant is well equipped with all the dishes, glassware, flatware, barware, pots, pans, and trays needed to operate a restaurant of this size.
  • 2 new compressors for the walk-in were installed in 2013-2014.
